Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), please be informed that:

• The Controller of your personal data is Agencja Opus B with its registered office in Krakow at ul. Pijarska 9, 31-015 Kraków (hereinafter: “Opus B”);
• Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of replying to the message sent via a contact form at www.opusb.pl based on your consent (basis under Article 6(1a) of GDPR);
• You give your data voluntarily but it is necessary for the sending of the message;
• In certain situations, we have a right to transfer your data if necessary for the provision of our services; the data will be transferred to the following categories of entities: persons authorised by us, our employees and collaborators who need to have access to the data in order to perform their duties, contracted processors, and other data recipients;
• Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area;
• Your contact details are kept until the withdrawal of your consent, but no longer than until the end of the calendar year following the year when the message was sent for the last time;
